Billy Brooks Grocer by Department 56 is part of the “Snow Village” collection. After Hurricane Helene passed, it left Western N.C. devastated. In honor of a beloved landmark that was lost in the flood, Department 56 is paying tribute to this establishment. Building lights up using USB adapter included.
