Note: Due to unforseen circumstances, Santa occasionally makes unexpected trips to the North Pole.


Visit Santa's Haus and Experience the Magic of Christmas!


With changes this year, due to COVID-19, we want to provide a magical experience, here at Santa's Haus, while keeping the safety of everyone at top of mind. Please review our current policy for photos and visits with Santa.

  • › Face Masks are required to enter Santa's Haus, ages 2 & Up
  • › Temperature checks are required for any individual visiting or taking photos with Santa. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be permitted to visit with Santa.
  • › Hand sanitizing is required to visit or take photos with Santa. Sanitation stands are provided.
  • › Signed waivers are required for every individual visiting or taking a photo with Santa. Waivers are available at time of visit.
  • › Visits with Santa during normal business hours are to be groups of no larger than 10. For information regarding a larger group visit, please contact Santa's Haus at 865.453.0415 x113.


NOTE: Christmas Place is following the State of Tennessee and Sevier County Executive Order regarding face coverings. Masks are required to be worn while visiting our indoor area, here at Santa's Haus, where social distancing is not possible. We will gladly supply a disposable mask if you do not have one.
