Our large selection of artificial Christmas trees include a warranty for the structure of the tree and the manufacturer installed Christmas lights.

Along with our trees, we also include a warranty on select sets of Christmas Lights, of over 50,000 burn hours!

Fill out the form to the right and submit your warranty registration. The Product Number can be found on your receipt or sales order number.
Our warranty team will review your activation request within 7-10 business days.
Upon activation, you will receive an email with your Warranty Number, and information for submitting any claims, if necessary.
