Christmas Place is proud to offer a limited manufacturer warranty on qualifying Christmas Trees and Holiday Lights. We believe in the high quality of these amazing holiday necessities.
Our large selection of artificial Christmas trees include a warranty for the structure of the tree and the manufacturer installed Christmas lights.
Along with our trees, we also include a warranty on select sets of Christmas Lights, of over 50,000 burn hours!
Get started on your warranty activation
Step 1
Fill out the form to the right and submit your warranty registration. The Product Number can be found on your receipt or sales order number.
Step 2
Our warranty team will review your activation request within 7-10 business days.
Step 3
Upon activation, you will receive an email with your Warranty Number, and information for submitting any claims, if necessary.
