Full Refund or Exchange:

    Personalized ornaments or stockings, custom floral and sale merchandise cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

    All Christmas Trees must have a Return Label from Christmas Place. To obtain an RA Label, please contact Guest Services at 800-445-3396.
