Q: What payment methods are accepted for online ordering?
A: Christmasplace.com only allows credit card payments for online ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
Q: Can I call in my order if I find an item I like over the Internet?
A: Yes. You can always call in your order by dialing 1.800.445.3396 during business hours.
Q: Are there more items available from Christmas Place than those shown in the online store?
A: Yes. The Christmas Place store in Pigeon Forge Tennessee carries one of the most extensive selections of Christmas and collectibles in the Southeastern United States. We always welcome calls inquiring about items you may be interested in that are not shown in the online store. If we do not carry what you are looking for, we will see if we can order it for you. For domestic orders the shipping rates are as follows:
$0 - $9.99 = $5.95
$10.00 - $25.00 = $10.95
$25.01 - $50.00 = $15.95
$50.01 - $100.00 = $19.95
$100.01 - $250.00 = $24.95
Over $250.00 = 10% Of Total
Extra charges will apply for international shipping.
** In some cases there are oversized items that may require a greater shipping charge.

Returns Policy

For the past 20 years it has been our mission to personally guarantee our guests shopping experience and their satisfaction with the products they purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your selection, simply return the item in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice and your desired resolution within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping charges unless one of the following occur:
- Merchandise is defective (ie. Chipped, scratched, or not working properly, etc.).
- Merchandise was obviously damaged in shipping to you.
If either one of these situations occur, please notify us within five days via phone or e-mail so we may help resolve the problem. Personalized ornaments or stockings, custom floral and sale merchandise can not be returned unless defective or damaged.
